Returns & Refund Policy
At eagleblack, every tee is made to order. We stand behind print quality, fit, and service—and we keep returns straightforward, transparent, and fair.
1) Return Window (30 Days)

You may return or exchange within 30 days of delivery (per the carrier’s delivered scan).

After 30 days, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
2) Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returned tees must be:

Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors, stains, pet hair, or deodorant marks.

In original condition with tags (if provided) and protective packaging.

Accompanied by the order number and checkout email.
Because our tees are made-to-order, please check the size guide before purchasing. If the size isn’t right, we’re happy to help with an exchange (see Section 8).
3) How to Return or Exchange a Tee
We coordinate returns via email to route your parcel correctly and speed up processing.

Please do not send items back to the address on your shipping label or to our business address below; returns sent without email coordination may be delayed.

Return method: mail-in only (no in-person returns).
4) Conditions for Return (Quality Check)

Items showing wear, washing, strong scents, or damage not due to transit/production may be declined or partially refunded at our discretion.

Minor color or print variations can occur across screens and production runs; such differences are not considered defects.
5) Return Shipping Costs

Our error (wrong item, misprint, damaged/defective on arrival): we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label and replace/refund at no cost.

Preference-based returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, color preference): customer pays return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6) Refunds

After your return is received and approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method.

Posting times: typically 3–5 business days via Stripe or PayPal (your bank/payment provider controls the exact posting timeline).

For partial returns, any order-level discounts may be recalculated based on the items kept.

If a parcel is refused/undeliverable and returned to us, we’ll refund the tee price once received (original shipping non-refundable unless our error).
7) Damaged or Defective Tees
If your tee arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective:

Email contact@eagleblack.net within 30 days of delivery with photos showing the issue and the outer packaging if transit-damaged.

We will replace the tee or refund you—your choice—at no cost, including return shipping if we need the item back.
8) Exchange Policy (Size/Color of Same Design)

Fastest option: place a new order for the correct size/color and return the original for refund once approved.

Or, request a direct exchange via email; we’ll produce the new tee after your return has been accepted in our system.

Exchange shipping follows Section 5 (we cover shipping only if the issue was our fault).
9) Reason for Return (Helps Us Improve)
Common reasons include:

Doesn’t fit as expected

10) Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer final-sale products and do not sell gift cards.

All tees are generally eligible under this policy, subject to Sections 2 and 4.
11) Order Cancellation
Production starts quickly to keep delivery times short.

You may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing contact@eagleblack.net with subject: Cancel – Order #12345.

If production has begun, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you can use the 30-day return after delivery (Sections 1–5 apply).
12) Restocking Fee

No restocking fees.
13) Fair Use
To protect a generous policy for everyone, we may limit returns in cases of:

Unusual return patterns or significant wear/use,

Repeated claims inconsistent with delivery records, or
-
Suspected misuse of the policy.
