Welcome to Eagleblack. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set the rules for using our website and purchasing our made-to-order T-shirts. By browsing, creating an order, or communicating with us, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the site.

1) Who We Are & What We Do

  • Retail focus: Eagleblack sells print-on-demand T-shirts produced after you place an order.

  • Sourcing model: We are a dropshipping business that works with vetted U.S. third-party print partners. Eagleblack is the seller of record, sets prices, and provides customer support.

2) Eligibility & Your Account

  • You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your state to place an order.

  • If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under that account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3) Ordering, Changes & Cancellations

  • Made to order: Each tee enters production shortly after payment.

  • Order confirmation: We email an order confirmation when we receive your order, and a shipping confirmation with USPS tracking when your label is created.

  • Change/cancel window: You may request a change or cancellation within 2 hours of purchase and before production begins (Mon–Fri, cut-off 6:00 PM PT). After production starts, changes and cancellations aren’t guaranteed; you can still use our 30-day return option after delivery (see Returns & Refunds Policy).

4) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

  • Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.

  • Taxes: We do not collect sales tax at checkout. Depending on your state, you may be responsible for use tax reporting.

  • Discount codes apply to the merchandise subtotal unless stated otherwise; one code per order. We may correct typographical errors or pricing mistakes at any time.

5) Payments

  • Accepted methods: Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal.

  • Card payments may place a temporary authorization; we capture when your order enters production (typically 1–2 business days, Mon–Fri). PayPal is usually captured at purchase.

  • For refunds, we credit the original payment method; banks/PayPal typically post funds in 3–5 business days after we initiate.

6) Shipping & Delivery (Summary)

  • Carrier: USPS. Service area: USA only (all 50 states).

  • Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM PT; cut-off 6:00 PM PT).

  • Transit estimate: 5–7 business days after USPS acceptance (Mon–Fri; federal holidays excluded).

  • Restrictions: No PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, U.S. territories, international addresses, or freight forwarders.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates. Weather, carrier volumes, or holidays may extend transit. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7) Returns & Exchanges (Summary)

  • You may return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from odors/stains/pet hair.

  • Start by emailing contact@eagleblack.net; we’ll send return instructions and the correct return address.

  • If we misprint/ship the wrong item or the product arrives damaged, we’ll replace or refund and cover return shipping. Preference-based returns are customer-paid. Full details appear in our Refund & Returns Policy.

8) Intellectual Property & Limited License

  • All site content (text, graphics, designs, logos, product photography) is owned by or licensed to Eagleblack and protected by law.

  • Limited license: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site solely to shop for personal use.

  • Restrictions: You may not copy, resell, frame, scrape, reverse engineer, or modify the site or its code, nor remove proprietary notices.

9) Reviews, Photos & Your Submissions

  • If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback (“User Content”), you grant Eagleblack a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt that content for marketing, moderation, and service improvement.

  • You promise you own or control the rights to the content you submit and that it doesn’t violate others’ rights or applicable law. We may remove or decline User Content at our discretion.

10) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with site security or attempt to access non-public systems.

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to extract data.

  • Upload malware or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.

  • Misrepresent your identity or attempt to bypass fraud controls.

11) Third-Party Services & Links

Our site may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics, carrier tracking). We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

12) Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar tools to run the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and prevent fraud. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies, but parts of the site may not function correctly.

13) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • As-described: Products are provided as described on the site. Minor variations in color or print placement can occur due to screens and production tolerances and are not defects.

  • No indirect damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, pickiox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption).

  • Liability cap: For any claim related to a specific order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order’s item(s).

  • These Terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under consumer protection laws.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless pickiox and its partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

15) Changes to the Site or Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site (including features or pricing) without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access without liability where permitted by law.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version and update the effective date at the top of this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the new effective date.

17) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California for disputes that are not subject to informal resolution.
